Theres a secret chest tucked away behind the waterfall there

Inside it youll find this staff (but thankfully not the entire transmog, i was in a hurry, shut up)

Note: You’ll need to loot it on a toon that can equip staves to collect the appearance but it can be looted on any character that has completed week 1 of argus quests
