don’t get me wrong i love all the classic 90s anime like cowboy bebop, rurouni kenshin, trigun, ect. but waaay too many gross nerdy assholes spent too much time projecting themselves onto the male protags, and thinking they’re a cool badass, while basically ignoring the actually plot of the shows themselves and that’s why they act(ed) like That™️
