Things I want from Blizzard: Linguistics and dictionaries. Something like “Gnomis and Dwarven have the same roots but are dramatically different. Gutterspeak is an argot of Common – Stormwind criminals would understand what the Forsaken are saying. Years spent together on one planet, Old Orcish and Draenei had a huge impact on each other, that is why everything about spirits and death sounds very rough in Draenei and anything related to community and outer space has tons of vowels stuck in long line in it. Thalassian evolved from Darnassian which evolved from Zandali. Zandali word for ‘Troll’ is (something like) rokh’dorae, which translates as ‘children of the world’ – note how dorae in Zandali is clearly related to dorei in both Darnassian and Thalassian. Languages of Azeroth are a complex and amazing thing.”
What I got: Alliance and Horde are again after each other, all scientific research will be put into war machines. Gnomes most likely to nuke Orgrimmar and regret it later. No useful science is going to get done.
I am a huge fan of Sailor Moon, especially the manga. My friend @kitsapphiri is a huge Sailor Venus fan, and she commissioned me aeons ago for some Archer fanart, from Fate Stay Night, so I thought what better way to mash the two worlds together, but then to draw him in the sort of bishounen/bishoujo style of Naoko Takeuchi ❤ Here is the post from my dA of it. Hope you enjoy.
reminder that Kilian really did That™ the absolute legend!
I love that he’s that good at 11. I can’t even imagine how his style will look in the future with even more years of practice on him
i always think its so wacky that picasso was drawing near lifelike portraits at age 15 and think “wow, thats so crazy. thats a once in a century kind of talent huh” and i never really thought i’d see that kind of kid in my lifetime. but this kid is past where picasso was and hes 4 years ahead of the curve no less.
im really interested to see where this kid goes. this is genuinely incredible. i was thinking about saying “this is so cool” or “this kid is a genius” or something but i feel like thatd be doing him a disservice. this kid is history in the making.
