no but really, being a lesbian/bpq woman can feel like, really hopeless at times for the simple fact that so many gay women are so afraid of coming across as predatory so none of us are prepared to make the first move.
like, i can’t even imagine asking a girl out! that’s terrifying! and i don’t think it’s just a fear of rejection i think it really comes down to “i don’t want to make her uncomfortable” even though i’ve seen about 1000 posts from gay women wishing that girls would talk to them, would ask them out, would be forward… there’s still just that fear of being the Predatory Lesbian and it sucks lmao.
