I’m sorry to say this, gender is NOT a spectrum. Gender is male or female for mamals. If you desire to have children, I forbid it absolutely. Only those with strong gender roles should have children. Any idiot can adopt, I don’t care at that point since sexuality has a strong genetic base to begin with.
